Nintor AS (“Nintor”) has today 5th December 2025 sold 8,729,739 million shares
(“the Sale Shares”) in Eqva ASA (“Eqva” or the “Company”). Prior to the sale,
Nintor owned 8,729,739 million share equaling to 10.5% of the total share
capital and voting rights in the Company. Following the sale, Nintor has 0
shares remaining in the Company.
This notification is made public pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
