Airthings ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 4 November 2025 by
Airthings ASA ("Airthings") regarding an unconditional mandatory cash offer by
Firda AS to acquire all outstanding shares in Airthings not already owned by
the Offeror.

Anlaug Underdal, deputy employee elected board member, has sold 56,000 shares of
Airthings at a price of NOK 0.10 per share to Firda AS. Underdal has 0 shares in
Airthings after the transaction. Underdal accepted the offer from Firda on 25
November 2025.
