Saga Pure ASA - Major shareholding notifications and mandatory notification of trade

Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the "Company") refers to the stock exchange announcement
on 2 December 2025 in connection with the private placement (the "Private
Placement") of 100,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "New Shares"). The New
Shares will today be issued in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS)
and settled to Ferncliff Property AS. Further, Tycoon Industrier AS has today
sold, and Øystein Stray Spetalen has acquired, 75,000,000 shares in the Company.

After settlement these transactions:

(*) Ferncliff Property AS owns 100,000,000 shares in the Company (corresponding
to 14.817% of the shares and voting rights), crossing above the 10% threshold.

(*) Tycoon Industrier AS owns 131,210,055 shares in the Company (corresponding
to 19.442% of the shares and voting rights), crossing below the 20% threshold.
Tycoon Industrier AS is associated to CEO Espen Lundaas pursuant to the EU
Market Abuse Regulation. PDMR notification form attached.

(*) Ferncliff Property AS and Tycoon Industrier AS, aggregated, own 231,210,055
shares in the Company (corresponding to 34.260% of the shares and voting
rights), not crossing any notifiable threshold. Tycoon Industrier AS is 100%
owned by Ferncliff TIH AS, which again is 100% owned by Ferncliff Holding AS.
Ferncliff TIH AS owns 100% of Ferncliff Property AS.

(*) Øystein Stray Spetalen owns 90,808,333 shares in the Company (corresponding
to 13.456% of the shares and voting rights), crossing above the 10% threshold.

(*) SSS AS owns 86,420,900 shares in the Company. Due to the increase in share
capital resulting from the settlement of the New Shares, SSS AS has crossed
below the 15% threshold and owns 12.805% of the shares and voting rights.

(*) JSS Capital Management AS owns 86,420,899 shares in the Company. Due to the
increase in share capital resulting from the settlement of the New Shares, JSS
Capital Management AS has crossed below the 15% threshold and owns 12.805% of
the shares and voting rights.
