2022, 2023 AND 2024 ANNUAL REPORTS PUBLICATION AND STATEMENT BY THE COMPANY REGARDING THE DELAY OF DISCLOSURE

Rome, December 4th 2025 - The Board of Directors of Widech S.p.A. (the "Company") proposed to  the Shareholders’ Assembly (as a corporate body) the approvation of the Annual Reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024. The Shareholders’ Meeting approved them respectively on March 8^th 2024 the Annual Report 2022, on April 19^th 2025 the Annual Reports 2023 and 2024. WIDECH SPA is an industrial holding which carries out innovative projects in the fields of green economy and artificial intelligence. From 2020 to 2025 we invested almost 5 millions € in innovation developments that are represented in the assets of our balance sheets available on our website and on our Euronext Access profile. All our participating companies are known high-potential innovation-led champions  in a venture phase: not having a solid revenues flow but very important in terms of enterprise value and future perspectives. The reason why we published our financial statements with an important delay is due to the lack of coordination between the relevant agency and the managing director.
