Kartik Srinivasan appointed CEO of Napatech

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 3 December 2025 – Napatech A/S (Napatech, OSE: NAPA) today
announces the appointment of Kartik Srinivasan as Chief Executive Officer
(CEO)and the nomination committee’s proposal that Lars Boilesen be elected as
chairman of the Board of Directors at an extraordinary general meeting of the
Company. Kartik Srinivasan will join Napatech on 2 January 2026.

Kartik Srinivasan joins Napatech from his role as Chief Marketing Officer at
Cornelis Networks, where he architected the company’s AI-first transformation
and built and led a global marketing organization. He previously served as
General Manager of Ethernet Connectivity Products at Intel, where he managed the
company’s networking connectivity product line spanning 1G to 200G. Srinivasan
has also held senior leadership roles at Marvell and Xilinx (now AMD). He holds
an MS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and resides
in the United States.

The Napatech nomination committee will propose to the company’s extraordinary
general meeting, expected to be held in early January 2026, that Lars Boilesen
be elected new chairman of the Board of Directors, and that the current chairman
of the Board of Directors, Christian Jebsen, continues as a member of the Board
of Directors. Prior to the position as CEO, Lars Boilesen served as chairman of
Napatech for seven years.
