Desert Control AS announced today that it has updated its financial reporting
cycle and financial calendar for 2026.
Beginning with the fourth quarter of 2025, the company
will discontinue quarterly financial reporting for the first and third quarters.
Desert Control will continue to publish statutory Half-Year and Full-Year
reports as required and will maintain regular investor update calls during the
year.
These changes follow the preliminary communication provided on the company's Q3
2025 results call, where Desert Control outlined its intention to adjust the
financial reporting cycle.
The update aims to allocate resources more efficiently while ensuring timely and
transparent communication with shareholders.
The financial calendar for 2026 is as follows:
11 February 2026: Investor update call with highlights for year end 2025 and
outlook for 2026
13 May 2026: Publication of the Annual Report for 2025
17 June 2026: Annual General Meeting
19 August 2026: Half-Year Report for 2026
19 November 2026: Investor update call
The revised reporting cycle and updated financial calendar are intended to
support a more efficient operating rhythm for the company
while maintaining regular engagement with investors.
The financial calendar will also be published on the company's website.
