Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Shelf Drilling (North
Sea), Ltd. from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth
Rule Book II (Oslo) section 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 2 December
2025 made the following resolution:

“The shares of Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. will be delisted from Euronext
Growth Oslo as of 3 December 2025. The last day of trading will be 2 December
2025.”
