Shelf Drilling, Ltd. – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Shelf Drilling, Ltd. from
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II, section 2.10.2 (2),
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 2 December 2025 made the following resolution:

“The shares of Shelf Drilling, Ltd. will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as
of 3 December 2025. The last day of trading will be 2 December 2025.”
