Selected for construction of kindergarten and respite care facility on Nøtterøy

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been selected by Færder Municipality
to build a new kindergarten and respite care facility for children and
adolescents on Nøtterøy in Færder Municipality. The contract, which is a turnkey
project, is valued at approximately NOK 165 million excluding VAT.

The project includes the design and construction of a new kindergarten and
respite care facility, as well as the demolition of the existing kindergarten
and the design and development of associated outdoor areas and necessary
infrastructure. The total development area is approximately 4,900 square meters
GFA.

The contract is expected to commence in December, following the expiry of the
standstill period. Construction work is scheduled to start in the first quarter
of 2026, with project completion during the first half of 2027.
