Saga Pure ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, Norway, 2 December 2025

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement earlier today in connection
with the acquisition of Eilert Sundtsgate 39 AS with consideration in new shares
in Saga Pure ASA (the "Private Placement"). Ferncliff Property AS, closely
associated to Espen Lundaas (CEO), pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation,
has today subscribed to and been allocated 100,000,000 shares in the Private
Placement at NOK 1.35 per share. PDMR form attached.
