NOCO (UK) Limited, a company 100% owned by NOCO Oil & Resources Ltd., has today
transferred its shareholding in Petrolia SE to its principal NOCO Oil &
Resources Ltd.

The shareholding consists of 3.709.888 shares, representing 6,27% of total
shareholding in Petrolia SE.
Following the transaction NOCO Oil & Resources Ltd has a shareholding of
3.709.888 shares in Petrolia SE.
