HMH Holding B.V. - FIXED INCOME INVESTOR MEETINGS
HMH Holding B.V. (the “Company”) has mandated DNB Carnegie, Nordea, Arctic
Securities and Pareto Securities as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of
fixed income investor meetings commencing today, 2 December 2025. A USD
denominated 3-year senior secured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia
market conditions.
The net proceeds from the contemplated senior secured bond issue will be used to
refinance the Company’s existing senior secured bond maturing 16 November 2026
with ISIN NO0013063495 (“HMHH02”), and for general corporate purposes.
Subject to completion of the contemplated bond issue, the Company will exercise
the call option for early redemption of HMHH02 at the prevailing call price.
