Sparebanken Norge: Contemplating issuance of NOK Tier 2 bonds

Sparebanken Norge (Rated Aa3/Stable by Moody`s) has mandated DNB Carnegie,
Nordea and Norne as Joint Lead Managers for a potential issuance of Tier 2
bonds.

The Tier 2 bonds will have a floating rate and a first call option for the
issuer minimum 5 years after the issue date, subject to approval by the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, if required. The timing of the
transaction is subject to market conditions.
