Kistefos AS - New bond issue and fixed income investor call

1 December 2025 - Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier,
Arctic Securities and DNB Carnegie to arrange a fixed income investor call
Monday, 1 December 2025. A new NOK 1,000 million (expected) 5-year senior
unsecured floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market
conditions.

In connection with the potential new bond issue, Kistefos will offer a
conditional buyback of its outstanding bond with ticker "KIST09 PRO" (ISIN
NO0012662362), which will be contingent upon subscription in the new issue.
Subject to completion of the contemplated new bond issue, Kistefos plan to call
the remaining net outstanding amount of KIST09 in whole at 100.00% when callable
from 9 March 2026.
