BEWI ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

BEWI ASA ("BEWI") hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held
on 22 December 2025 at 10:00 CET in relation to election of an additional member
of BEWI's board of directors.
In accordance with a proposal from the majority shareholder BEWI Invest AS, the
board of directors has proposed that the general meeting resolves to elect
Christian Begby as an additional member of the board of directors. Christian
Begby has more than 30 years' experience from management positions in Investment
Banking, the last 13 years as CEO of Carnegie in Norway.
The notice of the general meeting, including the proposed resolutions and the
notice of attendance and proxy forms, are attached to this notice.
The general meeting will be held at the offices of Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS,
in Dronning Mauds gate 11 in Oslo, Norway. Shareholders are encouraged to attend
the meeting digitally, and/or to cast their votes in advance or grant a proxy.
