Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA: Increases shareholding in Treasure ASA and extends cash offer to remaining shareholders for NOK 39.50 per share

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 28 November 2025, bought 26,640,616
shares in Treasure ASA at NOK 39.50 per share, representing a total
consideration of NOK 1,052 million.

Following the latest transaction Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 198,940,196
shares in Treasure ASA, representing approximately 97.18% of the shares issued.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is a company closely associated to Thomas
Wilhelmsen, chairman of the board of directors of Treasure ASA and Christian
Berg, member of the board of directors of Treasure ASA. Please find the enclosed
notification form for further information.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA wishes to extend a cash offer at the same price,
NOK 39.50 per share, to the remaining shareholders of Treasure ASA, subject to
legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions (the "Offer"). Arctic Securities has
been appointed as sole manager for the Offer. Shareholders in Treasure ASA who
wish to accept the Offer can contact Arctic Securities on settlement@arctic.com.

at 16:30 CET or such time as decided by Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA at its sole

close, extend, withdraw or terminate the Offer.
