Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 28 November 2025, bought additional
864,817 shares in Treasure ASA at NOK 39.50 per share, representing a total
consideration of NOK 34.2 million. Following the latest transaction Wilh.
Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 199,805,013 shares in Treasure ASA, representing
approximately 97.60% of the shares issued.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is a company closely associated to Thomas
Wilhelmsen, chairman of the board of directors of Treasure ASA and Christian
Berg, member of the board of directors of Treasure ASA. Please find the enclosed
