LINK Mobility: Closing of SMSPortal acquisition completed

LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) today announces the closing of the
acquisition of SMSPortal, a market-leading provider of A2P
(Application-to-Person) messaging services in South Africa, with substantial
international business.

Reference is made to stock exchange release on 24 June 2025 regarding the
agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the privately owned SMSPortal. LINK
has today completed the acquisition of SMSPortal.

The purchase price has been settled by an upfront cash payment of USD 100
million financed with cash on hand and by LINK today having issued 5,854,230 new
shares to the sellers.

LINK will register the new share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises and issue a separate announcement when the registration of
the share capital increase has been completed.

Following registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises, the Company will have a share capital of NOK
1,529,504.84 divided into 305,900,968 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.005.
