Arribatec Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade and flagging notification

Company One AS, a company owned by the Chairman of the Board Håkon Reistad Fure,
has today acquired 750,000 shares in the company at a share price of NOK 6.75.

Following this transaction, Company One AS holds a total of 6,719,350 shares
representing approximately 10% of the current shares outstanding, and has passed
the 10% ownership mark.
