Arribatec Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Nexus Ventures AS, a company owned by the CFO of Arribatec, Magnus Hofshagen,
has today acquired 20,000 shares in the company at a share price of NOK 6.75.

Following this transaction, Magnus Hofshagen including Nexus Ventures AS, holds
a total of 36,025 shares representing approximately 0.05% of the current shares
outstanding.
