Arribatec Group ASA: Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP) mandatory notification

Arribatec Group ASA (ARR) has completed its first round of its share purchase
program (ESPP) for employees.

The following primary insider subscribed for shares under ESPP and gained the
right to matching shares:

- Ole Jakob Kjølvik, CEO, was allocated 16,025 shares under ESPP.
- Magnus Hofshagen, CFO, was allocated 16,025 shares under ESPP.
- Tom Vandezande, EVP Business Services, was allocated 16,025 shares under the
ESPP.
- Erik Sundet, CTO and EVP Cloud, was allocated 16,025 shares under the ESPP.
