Arribatec Group ASA: Buyback of shares related to employee share purchase programme

Oslo, 28 November 2025 – Arribatec ASA (“Arribatec” or the “Company”) has today
purchased own shares to satisfy the Company’s employee share purchase programme
(“ESPP”). The Company received an invitation to participate in a bid for a block
conducted through Pareto Securities AS, leading to a bid at a price of NOK 6.75
per share. The Company decided to participate in the bid, which was accepted by
the seller, and the shares have been acquired accordingly.

28.11.2025 / 640,735 / 6.75 / 4,324,961.25
Following this transaction, the Company has purchased all 640,735 shares
required to fulfil allocations under the ESPP. This represents a minor portion
of the total block offered, corresponding to approximately 10% of the block
size. Arribatec now holds a total of 641,770 own shares.
