Vår Energi ASA: Notification of trade by primary insider

Sandnes, Norway, 26 November 2025: Employee representative to the Board, Jan
Inge Nesheim in Vår Energi has bought 2 260 shares in the company at a price of
NOK 31.20 per share. Following the purchase, Jan Inge Nesheim holds a total of
60 933 shares in Vår Energi ASA.

Details of the trade is included in the attached notification of trading. This
