Techstep Expands into Ireland and the UK Through Strategic Partnership with Fonua

Reference is made to the Stock Exchange Release on 12 February 2025, announcing
an LOI with a leading IT vendor in the Ireland and UK markets.
Techstep has now signed the agreement for the strategic partnership with Fonua,
a major IT vendor and trusted provider of mobile devices and services within
Ireland. This marks a new milestone from the LOI signed in February this year,
introducing Lifecyle, Techstep's device lifecycle management platform, to new
markets in Ireland and the UK.
The integration of Techstep's Lifecyle platform with Fonua's offerings will
deliver enhanced value and user experience for customers, enabling organisations
to manage device estates more efficiently and sustainably. Key highlights in
this partnership include:
· First two customers scheduled to onboard in December 2025
· Additional customers to follow in subsequent quarters
· Commercial model includes a license price per device per month
