M Vest Water Awarded Purchase Order from Downstream Marine

M Vest Water (MVW) has today received a purchase order for the delivery of
water treatment equipment to Downstream Marine (DSM), Norway.

The equipment will be delivered to a newly built salmon slaughterhouse in
Norway, with scheduled operation start in the first half of 2026.

The order includes a complete dosing system with sensor stations for process
monitoring. The system is designed for integration with a previously delivered
flotation unit and is tailored for dosing MVW's natural water treatment
chemical, NORWAFLOC®.

This delivery incorporates the latest technologies and improvements that have
demonstrated stable operation and high purification efficiency during 2025.

The excellent collaboration with DSM has resulted in a total of six equipment
deliveries. This further strengthens MVW's leading position as a preferred
supplier of Best Available Technology (BAT) solutions for the treatment of
wastewater from salmon slaughterhouses.

and demonstrates market recognition of our newly verified improvements to meet
Norway's strict discharge regulations. MVW also expects additional recurring
revenues from NORWAFLOC® sales as the treatment plant start operation next
