dividend announced by Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") on 5 November 2025.

Dividend amount: USD 0.135 per share

Dividend distribution: in NOK at 1.38578 per share

Last day including right: 6 November 2025

Ex-date: 7 November 2025

Record date: 10 November 2025

Payment date: on or about 2 December 2025

Date of approval: 4 November 2025

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's
paid-in capital.
