NRC Group ASA - Buyback program completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA
(the "Company") of 4 November 2025 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 5
million in the market, covering a maximum number of 650,000 shares.
From 4 November 2025 until 24 November 2025, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total
of 486,060 own shares and has now completed the program.
In connection with the program, the Company has transferred 468,050 of its
shares held in treasury to employees participating in the program. Following the
transaction, the Company owns 357,306 treasury shares, corresponding to 0.21% of
the share capital.
A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program
carried out during the above time period is attached hereto.
