Jean Philippe PICARD DE MULLER promoted to Deputy General Manager of BIO-UV Group
Laurent Emmanuel Migeon, CEO, together with the board of directors, has appointed Jean Philippe Picard de Muller as the new Deputy General Manager of BIO-UV Group, succeeding Simon Marshall. Jean Philippe joined the group in June 2024 and has been leading the most profitable after-sales and service activity, with the highest growth expected in the coming years.
Before joining the group, as an engineer who graduated from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts, specialising in Mechanics, Jean Philippe worked for more than 18 years within the industrial equipment manufacturer Fives Group in various Business Units, Senior leadership roles in different countries worldwide (France, the United Kingdom, the USA, China).
His international vision and strong affinity for digitisation will be invaluable assets as BIO-UV Group accelerates its transformation in the coming years.
Steven BRADY appointed Managing Director of Triogen.
Steven Brady has been promoted to Managing Director of Triogen after joining the BIO-UV Group’s subsidiary in the UK last June. Steven is an operations leader and transformation specialist with a proven track record of delivering measurable results across engineering, manufacturing, and strategic change. With his skills, motivation, and leadership, Steven is well-positioned to lead Triogen through its next phase, including strengthening the design office activities, enhancing collaboration with the sales department, and energising the Triogen team. Over the last few months, Steven quickly took on production management and purchasing, earning the trust of key employees, and contributing at the group level.
With his senior leadership, Steven brings with him a strong background in continuous improvement. In his previous roles, he led the production strategy at Harland & Wolff, overseeing site optimization and team development in a highly regulated environment. He also held key roles at BAE Systems, where he successfully led projects focused on operational efficiency and innovation.
Patrice Garrigues is joining BIO-UV Group to lead the Pool Business in Europe
Patrice Garrigues is the latest addition to the BIO-UV Group staff as Europe Sales Director for the leisure activities, as of today. He will bring a fresh perspective, and his extensive experience in designing innovative sales strategies in the pool business will be instrumental in achieving BIO-UV Group’s goals.
Having previously worked at Hayward, Patrice oversaw the distribution networks and key account management throughout Europe. Leading with a collaborative approach, in multicultural environments, Patrice is ready to contribute to the product launch initiative to meet customer needs, and his goal is to continue to deliver strong added value by focusing on technology, innovation, and customer loyalty.
