NRC Group ASA - Transaction made under the share buyback program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA
(the "Company") of 04 November 2025 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 5
million in the market, covering a maximum number of 650,000 shares.

From 13 November 2025 until 21 November 2025, NRC Group ASA has purchased a
total of 190,372 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange. At present date, NRC
Group ASA owns 753,678 treasury shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.44% of
the share capital.

A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program
carried out during the above time period is attached hereto.
