AF Bygg Öst, a company within AF Gruppen, has been commissioned to carry out a
refurbishment and adaptation of office premises in the property Klamparen 11 on
Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The client is Fastighetskontoret, City of Stockholm.
The contract value is approximately SEK 130 million excluding VAT.
The project includes a technical upgrade of the building, and adaptation of the
premises to modern office standards, as well as improvements to outdoor areas
and water and sewage systems.
The refurbishment will contribute to increased energy efficiency and improved
accessibility in the building, which also houses the sports hall Klamparhallen.
The project will be carried out as a contract in accordance with AB04, with a
planned start in November 2025 and completion in the third quarter of 2027.
“We greatly appreciate the trust placed in us to deliver this project in
collaboration with Fastighetskontoret. Klamparen 11 is an important and exciting
assignment where we can combine our technical expertise with a strong focus on
sustainability and a good working environment,” says Bård Frydenlund, EVP at AF
Gruppen Sweden.
