KONGSBERG CFO following proposed demerger of Kongsberg Maritime

With reference to the disclosure from 30 October 2025 related to the proposed
listing of Kongsberg Maritime and consolidation of Kongsberg Defence and
Aerospace and Kongsberg Discovery into a new technology and defence focused
KONGSBERG, Martin Wien Fjell has accepted the future position as Chief Financial
Officer and Executive Vice President of KONGSBERG. Fjell has broad experience
from both operational management and financial positions in KONGSBERG as well as
Umoe, Fondsfinans and Morgan Stanley. Fjell has been a member of KONGSBERG’s
executive management for the past three years through his existing role as
President of Kongsberg Discovery. Fjell will enter his new role at the time of
the completion of the demerger of Kongsberg Maritime and follows Mette Toft
Bjørgen, who assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer in Kongsberg
Maritime at the same time.
