Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 13 October
2025 regarding a comprehensive refinancing of Hofseth International AS'
("Hofseth International") capital structure. Hofseth International is pleased to
announce that the refinancing has been completed today.

In connection with the refinancing, Hofseth International's unsecured bond issue
with ISIN NO0013480632 has been repaid in full.
