Energeia AS - registration of new share capital

21 November 2025:
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the
"Company") published on 10th November 2025, including minutes from the
extraordinary
general meeting held on the same day (the "EGM"), announcing that the EGM had
approved the private placement directed towards Jemma Invest AS raising gross
proceeds of NOK 6,24 (the"Private Placement").
The Private Placement is now completed and the share capital increase pertaining
to the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 23.266.472,50
divided into 2,326,647,250 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
Following this the Company's shares may be divided by 250:1 and the process of
the reverse split of the shares can be executed.
