Oslo, Norway, 20 November 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Thor Medical ASA on 11 November 2025 regarding issuance of
1,090,974 new shares pursuant to the Company's restricted share units program.
The share issue has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises and the Company's new share capital is NOK 70,815,378.80 dividend
into 354,076,894 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20. Each share
represents one vote in the Company's general meeting.
