Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt AS has mandated Danske Bank, SEB & Swedbank as
Joint Lead Managers to explore the possibility of issuing a SEK-denominated 5
year (Soft Bullet) FRN and/or FXD Covered Bond (Premium) transaction. The bonds
are backed by prime Norwegian residential mortgages, issued under Sparebanken
Norge Boligkreditt EUR 25bn Euro Medium Term Covered Bond Programme dated 3 June
2025, and will have an expected rating of Aaa by Moody's. The transaction will
be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.

eligible counterparties and professional clients only (all distribution
channels). No EU PRIIPs or UK PRIIPS key information document (KID) has been
prepared as not available to retail in EEA or in the UK.
