Ola Tviberg Sandstad, primary insider and CEO of Elliptic Laboratories ASA,
has on 20 November 2025 purchased 24,000 shares in the Company at an average
price of NOK 8.20 per share. Following the transaction, Sandstad holds 24,000
shares in the Company. He also owns 255,000 share options in the Company.
