Change of ISIN following expiry of compliance period.

Reference is made to the USD 125,000,000 Wellbore Integrity Solutions Parent
Inc. Senior Secured Bond Issue 2025/2029 (the “Bonds”) with ISIN NO0013665786
during the compliance period.

The 40-day compliance period following the issue date of 2 October 2025 has
expired.
Effective 12 November 2025, the temporary ISIN NO0013665786 has been merged into
the permanent ISIN NO0013665794.

Going forward, all Bonds will be registered and traded under ISIN NO0013665794.
