REC Silicon - Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

19 November, 2025: REC Silicon ASA ("REC" or the "Company") has received a
request for an extraordinary general meeting from a group of shareholders
representing more than 5% of the Company's share capital.

The shareholder group has requested that the extraordinary general meeting
considers a proposal for investigation (Norw.: "granskning").

The Company has called for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 10
December 2025 at 13:00 CET (the "EGM").

The complete proposal from the shareholder group which shall be considered at
the EGM is set out in the attached calling notice.
