North Energy ASA – Results for the third quarter 2025
19 Nov 2025 07:30 CET
Issuer
North Energy ASA
North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") recorded a comprehensive loss of
NOK 15.9 million in the third quarter of 2025 compared to a comprehensive income
of NOK 37.1 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by a negative change in fair value of financial
investments, partly offset by income from associated companies and lower
operational expenses compared to the third quarter last year.
At the end of the third quarter of 2025, North Energy's Net Asset Value (NAV)
was NOK 569.1 million. Adjusted for dividends paid, NAV decreased by NOK 2.3

quarter last year.
