Syno Invest AS, a related party to Øyvind Torpp, EVP & Investment Executive,
has on 18 November 2025 bought 10,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK
104.75 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Following this transaction, Torpp and related parties own 120,000 shares in
Orkla.
