Morrow Bank ASA: The Swedish FSA has approved the merger between Morrow Bank ASA and Morrow Bank AB

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements dated 29 April 2025,
4 June 2025, and 4 July 2025 regarding the merger between Morrow Bank ASA and
Morrow Bank AB, as approved by the Board of Directors, the General Meeting, and
the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority.
The merger was conditional upon, among other things, obtaining the required
approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (“Swedish FSA”). The
Swedish FSA has today granted the necessary approval for the merger between
Morrow Bank ASA and Morrow Bank AB. The tentative completion date for the merger
is 2 January 2026.
Morrow Bank AB, which holds a Swedish banking license, will be the surviving
entity following the merger.
