Hofseth International AS – Notice of exercise of call option ISIN NO0013480632

Reference is made to the attached notice of exercise of call option. Hofseth
International AS has informed Nordic Trustee AS of its exercise of the special
redemption option to redeem all outstanding bonds under the Hofseth
International AS FRN senior unsecured NOK 1,500,000,000 bonds 2025/2030 bond
issue (ISIN: NO0013480632).

The bonds will be redeemed at a price equal to 109.90 per cent. of the nominal
amount for each redeemed bond plus accrued and unpaid interest up until the date
of redemption, with settlement date 21 November 2025 and record date 19 November
2025.
