Elmera Group ASA: Q3 results – Increased core margins and solid customer growth
13 Nov 2025 07:00 CET
Issuer
ELMERA GROUP ASA
Elmera Group recorded an adjusted net revenue of NOK 351m in the third quarter
of 2025, a decrease from NOK 368m in the third quarter of 2024, mainly driven by
reduced volumes due to higher temperatures. Adjusted EBIT was correspondingly
down to NOK 61m, from NOK 79m in third quarter 2024.
The group’s largest segments developed well in the quarter, with increased core
net revenue margins in both the Consumer and Business segments. The Business
segment recorded its highest ever net revenue margin per kWh, and customer
growth was historically strong in the Consumer segment.
-Our sales and marketing efforts prior to the launch of Norgespris were highly
successful and resulted in a net growth of 9 thousand deliveries in the Consumer
segment in the quarter. In parallel, the core margin increased, a testament to
the organisation’s commercial craftmanship, says CEO, Rolf Barmen.
-Regarding Norgespris, it is too early to conclude that the average consumption
has increased, but according to industry experts, we can expect an increase in
consumption of 2-3 percent short-term and somewhat higher longer term, says
Barmen.
The Group level ambitions for 2026 remain unchanged.
