Bouvet ASA – Ex-Dividend NOK 0.70 today

Bouvet ASA will distribute an additional dividend of NOK 0.70 per share. The
shares in Bouvet ASA will be traded ex-dividend as of 13 November 2025.

The payment date for the dividend is set to 24 November 2025.

This brings the total dividend for the fiscal year 2024 to NOK 3.70 per share.
