Telenor ASA - Issuance of bonds

Telenor ASA has on 12 November 2025 priced the following bond tranche under the
company's EMTN programme:

- NOK 4,000,000,000, fixed coupon 4.945%, maturity 21 November 2035

Notes will settle on 21 November 2025
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing
of existing debt
The bonds will be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange
