Panther Bidco AS – Successful listing of bond issue

Panther Bidco AS (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Bonds issued in
the "Panther Bidco AS senior secured bonds 2025/2028" with ISIN NO0013669929
have been accepted for listing on the Nordic ABM, with effect from 12 November
2025. Attached is the Bond Terms, as well as the Admission Document and Loan
Description prepared in connection with the listing.
