MPCES calls Extraordinary General Meeting

Amsterdam/Oslo – 12 November 2025 – MPC Energy Solutions (“MPCES”, “Company”)
sent out its invitation to an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) today.

The meeting will be held at the Company’s head office in Amsterdam on 12
December 2025 at 11:00 CET. Shareholders who cannot attend the EGM in person are
invited to join the meeting virtually.

The invitation to the EGM along with the relevant agenda and voting information
