purchased 16 129 shares at a price of NOK 15.50 per share through the investment
company GIS AS.

Stein Inge Liasjø, Chief Strategy Officer in BEWI ASA and defined as a person
discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has on 12 November 2025
purchased 4 000 shares at a price of NOK 15.93 per share through the investment
company GIS AS.
