Management in Medistim ASA have the 10th of November purchased shares from
Medistim ASA. This is part of the company long term incentive plan approved by
the general meeting on the 8th of May 2025. Price per share was NOK 265,09. The
following members of management have purchased shares:

New Chief Research and Development Officer Jonas Tyssø purchased 3772 shares and
has 3722 shares after the purchase.

New VP Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Monica Weiseth purchased 3772
shares and has 3772 shares after the purchase.

Medistim ASA sold 7545 shares and has 54487 own shares after the sale.
