On June 2nd Nekkar announced its decision to renew the share buy-back program.
The share buy-back program is executed in accordance with the authorization
granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Nekkar ASA
held on May 28, 2025. The program will be used for corporate purposes in
accordance with the above-mentioned authorization. The share buy-back program
covers purchase of up to 10,742,711 shares, and the maximum amount of the
program is NOK 100 million. The renewed program commenced on June 2nd and is
planned finalized within May 30th, 2026 at the latest.
The share buy-back program is managed by an independent third party, which makes
its trading decisions regarding the timing of the share repurchases
independently of, without influence by, and without access to sensitive
information concerning Nekkar.
During week 45 of 2025, Nekkar purchased 305 506 own shares at an average price
of NOK 12,4211 per share. Including shares acquired under previous buy-back
programs and adjusted for shares used in employee programs and acquisitions,
Nekkar now holds a total of 9 434 200 own shares, corresponding to 8,782 percent
of the shares in the company.
